Do you have a logo or a design you are currently using?

Once I receive your design or the Info I need to Create Your Design

I will get your previews to you as soon as I get them built.
** NEW Customer Previews can be 2 weeks out **

(additional wait times may be possible after November 1st due to Holiday orders)

One-Time Setup & Previews are $25

Once you see your previews & pick your favorite,

I will complete a sample stitch for a real-deal preview.

Once you approve your design, we will double check hat inventory for the hat styles/colors you are wanting,

and I will get your Invoice built.

Once you pay your invoice (PayPal, Venmo, or MC/Visa) I will order the supplies to build your order.

I will send a confirmation that your order is confirmed & that you are in line.

You will receive completion pics before I ship out your order.
Orders are usually completed approximately within 2 weeks of your Order Confirmation/Invoice Date.
